MY BIO The full version

Bethany Macklin is a wife, mom, and ministry leader passionate about painting a Biblical portrait of God that ignites deep faith and a growing hunger to connect heart-to-heart with God. Bethany received Jesus in “big church” at age eight, but it wasn’t until she attended Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) as a young adult that she connected heart-to-heart with Him and her faith came alive.

Bethany studied at Moody Bible Institute until Mike, her husband-to-be, proposed during a summer break and requested she stay in California. Since then, Bethany has served over 25 years in Christian ministry including time spent as an Area Seminar Trainer for BSF, as a leadership trainer for area churches, and as Women’s Director of a thriving church in Northern California. Bethany has received intensive leadership training through BSF, training in Spiritual Formation through Grace Brethren Seminary, and Women's Director training at LifeWay in Nashville, TN.

As a seasoned speaker, teacher, and writer, Bethany is known for powerful, deep teaching and fresh insight that carries women into God’s presence and anchors them in His heart.

Bethany writes insightful Bible studies on God’s attributes to
lead women into intimate, transformational communion with Him. She has also written articles for online outlets including, kyria.com, Christianity Today’s online resource for women and Focus on the Family, and at BiblicalLeadership.com where she encourages leaders.

Bethany and Mike have two kids, a passel of puggies, and as native Californians, they love everything outdoors.
